Which terms of cancellation do apply for my booking?

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (except christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:    

until 30 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
from 7 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:    

until 42 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 41 to 30 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
from 14 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

Please note that reservations can only be cancelled in written.

In the event of an official border or hotel closure (travel ban), you can also cancel or rebook at short notice free of charge. Please note: A travel warning is not a travel ban. In the event of verifiable, mandatory quarantine, we will grant you a one-off rebooking free of charge until the end of the year. A rebooking is possible up to 1 week before arrival.

We recommend you to take a travel cancellation insurance with „Europäische Reiseversicherung“ which you can find here.

When can I check in to my apartment?

Your apartment will be ready for you on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. Please vacate your apartment on departure day by 10.00 am.

What are the opening hours of the wellness area?

Sauna and steam-bath are open daily from 02.00 to 08.00 pm.
In the heated outdoor pool you can swim every day from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm.

Which is included in the service package?

With our service package you are provided with bed linen and towels upon arrival. Furthermore, basic equipment of cleaning materials, toilet paper and kitchen roll is provided in your apartment. You also receive a starter pack including coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Of course, the final cleaning of your apartment is also included in the package.

How much does the cleaning of my apartment during my holidays cost?

The costs for intermediate cleaning on request amount to:


€ 105,00 for the Premium Apartment 1 Bedroom
€ 135,00 for the Premium Apartment 2 Bedrooms
€ 135,00 for the Penthouse Apartment 2 Bedrooms
€ 160,00 for the Premium Apartment 3 Bedrooms

Can I have the towels and bed clothes changed during the stay?

Of course! We gladly make your beds fresh and provide new towels and cosy bathrobes in your apartment.

For this service we charge the following fees:
Change of towels: € 8,00 per person/change
Change of bed clothes: € 15,00 per person/change
Change of bathrobes: € 12,00 per person/change 

Do I have to pay a deposit and if so, how?

As a confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 40 % of the total booking price is required. The payment can be made by credit card or by transfer to our bank account. Until seven days prior to arrival the remaining 60 % of the booking price are due. We will send you an email to remind you. For bookings made within seven days prior to arrival, the total sum is due upon booking.

We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club/Discover, Union Pay, JCB, Maestro und V Pay).

Are there any additional costs or taxes?

Our prices include all taxes and fees, except visitor’s tax and final cleaning fee.
Visitor’s tax is € 3,20 per person per night from the age of 15 years.

Is it possible to have an additional bed in the apartment?

We gladly arrange the sofa in your apartment as an additional bed.  Per person/night we charge € 35 (during off-season/Easter/early summer and autumn) or € 45,00 (Christmas, New Year, in summer and winter). Cots are provided for a fee of € 50,00 and high chairs for a fee of € 30,00 per stay. Please inform us about your needs.

Are pets allowed at the All-Suite Resort Paznaun?

We also welcome your four-legged friend.
Please inform us upon booking. We charge a fee of € 20.00 per day for your dog.
One dog is allowed in the Apartment 1 or 2 Bedroom(s),
two dogs are allowed in the Apartment 3 Bedrooms.

Where can I park my car and do you have an electric charging station?

You can park your car in our parking garage. For direct bookers the parking is free. You can also find electric charging stations in our garage.

Where can I eat out in Galtür?

In just a few minutes’ walk you will find a number of restaurants and cafés for a little snack in between or a delicious dinner. From traditional Alpine huts, to Tyrolean inns and fine dining experiences you can treat your taste buds to all kinds of delights.

For example in the Tiroler Stube, Auszeit, Steakhaus & Pizzeria Bierkessel, Restaurant Rössle, Restaurant Paznauner Stube, Menta Alm, Thomas Stube, Café Restaurant Günther, Wildererhütte, Alp Larein, Lucy Wang, Restaurant Sunnalm, Filiana Gourmet.

Where can I go shopping?

You can find everything you need in your holidays, like food and all kinds of convenience goods at the Mpreis supermarket in Galtür. For fresh bread and sweet pastries visit the Bäckerei Kurz.

Do the restaurants offer take-away service?

Some of the restaurants in Galtür also offer take-away service. Enjoy the delights comfortably in your apartment. Find some of the restaurants here:
